ENERGY STAR Homes Technical Standards

Massachusetts ENERGY STAR Homes logoThe Massachusetts New Homes with ENERGY STAR follows the U.S. EPA’s Guidelines for ENERGY STAR Qualified New Homes. ENERGY STAR qualified homes are at least 15 percent more energy efficient than homes built to the 2006 International Residential Code (IRC).
